Every pour is written down and proven after: who was in the draw, who won, what each coin's fees bought, and the transactions that did it. Before each 30-minute window opens, the hash of its seed and the Solana slot whose block will be mixed in are posted on-chain. The seed picks the snapshot minute and, with that block's hash, the winners, so neither can be chosen after the fact. Every pour publishes who was eligible and why the rest weren't, and you can re-run any draw in your browser. Each run is hashed.
